I booked a vacation thru the infinity reservations, my credit card was charged immediately, when I got to my destination I had to pay for my hotel stay again infinity incentive group did not pay the hotel for my stay. I have been trying since the beginning of November to get a refund credit on my card, they tell me every time I call I will receive a credit/refund it never happens. I am humilated, aggravated, and pissed. I do not fell I am being told the truth. No has the right to do this to another human being. There must be laws that protect people from this company, and I must have rights. I pray and hope no one else gets ripped off. read full review »
