I order a free sample of this product a couple of monts ago. Low and behold on December 1, 2010 I was charged 129.95 out of Torrance, Ca for a total bright pen. I tried to call them today December 27, 2010 and had to leave a message on their answering machine and they said someone will call me back within 24 hours. I will update this complaint tomorrow December 28, 2010 to see if they do indeed call me back. This is a scam and I would not order anything from them again. read full review »
