I ordered a rapunzel tower for my 3 year old for Christmas on Dec. 12. Chose the site to store to avoid shipping costs...dumb move. This item was supposed to be delivered between 12/17 and 12/23. Today is 12/27 and the store has yet to receive this item...even though they have already got my 94 bucks!!! Called the store several times and was told there was nothing they could do and referred me to the corporate office. Called the corporate office and they told me I should contact the store!
