We had been Verizon customers for several years and always had good cell phone service. About 1 year ago we started dropping calls in our house, outside our house and in the general area of our neighborhood. We contacted Verizon and asked them to check it out. Several months went by and we called again. They didn't know why it hadn't been checked out previously but said they would send someone out to the area to check things out.
