I placed an order in October 2010 for the American Test Kitchen Complete TV Show Cookbook with DVDs. They backordered the DVDs, but never let us know. My husband has called several times and is told, he'll receive them shortly. Dec 27, 2010, still no DVDs. I would NEVER purchase anything from this company again. read full review »
