I had Applied for a Post paid connection, i received sim card on very next day, but the sim did not active till today after 6th day also, when i made complain to the costumer care they only said the sim shall be actived soon. but no response, when i said to refund my money against the sim they told the money cannot be refund untill the sim is actived.they need a working sim, now tell me is this right to cheat an customer. read full review »
