My attempted refinance with Amerisave was the single worst financial experience of my life. These people are either totally incompetent or downright deceitful or both. This was a 60% refinance, I have excellent credit, yet they dragged out the loan for 4 months and kept springing new surprises on me. The very last day, after all the heartache and bad surprises, they sprung a new one on me and all they had to say is "... I am sorry it was not communicated earlier. Please let us know how you would like to proceed." Horrible company to deal with. If I see them going bankrupt someday, I'll pop a bottle of champagne. read full review »
