On 12/22/2010I went into the MANHATTAN STORE TO PURCHASE MY LAYAWAY no one in the department when I arrived I pushed the bottom for help the young lady came ask me what did I need, I responded to take out my layaway, she ask me for my drivers license. Then she left to get my items she came back with this oversize box handling it over to me when I said to her you are to open it and check to see if all my items are in there.
