The owner of Mills Diamonds was arrested on two counts of Fraud under $20, 000. He has been selling synthetic diamonds and gemstones out of Naples Florida. He sells on ebay, craigslist and to jewelry stores. If you have purchased a diamond or gemstone from Will Mills diamonds and gemstones, please take it and have it tested, as it may be synthetic.
