I took a package of 3 months of airtel internet services from September 21st to December 21st. On 21st of December I recieved a call from Airtel saying to continue service, and i specifically said I dont want the service anymore as I was travelling back to Oman where I stay. When I called the airtel service today to check if the line is deactivated, they said it was not deactivated and only today they have sent the deativation request.
