I had brought an handset 6303i (IMEI 351505047282291) in month of 21/04/2010. After using for 5-6 months I found that my handset was hanging frequently then on one day its network was not working, then on 25/10/2010 I visited their service center at polton in dhaka, My Handset was taken for repairs job number is 167018 and they told they will give it back in a week time.
