I actually ordered a pair of boots from ugg-factorystore.net but it is the same as uggfactoryshop.com and the other (all the same family). They are all FRAUDOLENT. I contacted the Customer service about my order, using the email address provided . I then started exchanging emails with a certain "Lucy Kin", who pretended she had no record of my order, and that I had contacted the wrong Customer service.
