I have been paying for this medical aid, last year i changed my option to the one i thought would be better, they received forms i called them and they said all is well, today my wife went to the clinic because she needs some help and she's told the medical aid never submitted any forms to the network doctors and we where turned down, i would like to confirm what everybody has been complaining about all along along that best med doesn't care about their client except their pockets. read full review »
