Ebay removed a $899. Macbook Air from sale for fraud... yet allowed me to "buy it now" and pay for it! I am an intelligent guy who has been using a computer for 25 years...yet I couldn't figure out how to make a claim on ebay! I kept going around in circles of artificial intelligence. (oxymoron). When I attempted to protect myself by stopping payment on the bank transfer of funds, they then charged my credit card & closed my Paypal claim. A claim once closed, can not be reopened on ebay!.
