My family stayed for a week at the Fort Lauderdale Hotel in order to attend my aunts wedding (we're from California). When we first got there, we had to wait about an hour and a half for them to clear up a "problem" where they claimed we said we were only bringing two people to the hotel, but there was 6 of us actually trying to book a room.
