Choice Home Warranty is a FRAUD. They force you to pay for one year of service and basically offers nothing. I will not recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone. Infact I will ask anyone I referred to cancel their contract. My heating system will not work and when I came he had to order some parts which I was told was going to take 2 - 10 business days (imagine that with temperatures at 20 degrees).
