My 15yr. old daughter's appt. was at 10:30AM on 12/29/2010. She arrived prior to appt. time and was then called to a small room to review her H&P records. Her dad was told that she would need a letter from her physician giving her medical release for dental treatment. H&P: She has Bipolar Syndrome~responds to anticonvulsants with behavioral therapy.
