This is a terrible scamming, lying company. I received my book, which not many people do. So that is the only pro. I got to the end of my book. last section and it was missing lots of pages and there was writing in the book (writing does not bother me normally). I had to borrow a book from someone else to complete the chapter. I hand wrote a letter about it and stuck it in the return box. Then I get an email telling me that I have been charged $85 for a damaged book. That is EXACTLY how I received it. Of course did not know until last chapter... read full review »
