I have called DHL office probably more than 20 times to inquire as to why my package has not been delivered since I tracked it to their facility on 17th Dec 2010. I have complained severally, yet nothing has been done. Their call centre puts me on a merry go round with empty promises! First they said they had so many goods to deliver, they were overwhelmed!
