On December 7th, 2010 I went to see Dr. Fitzgerald, (he was referred to me by the hospital). I had broken my ankle very badly on December 2nd, 2010. Dr. Fitzgerald did not examine me and his time with me was no more than four to five minutes. He asked me to wiggle my toes, (I was in an emergency splint. He then explained to my husband and I that he could not put a cast on me and most likely would have to operate but could not do so until the following week. My husband and I left.
