I remember waiting years wanting my first Dell laptop & finally I got one. It turned out to be one of the worst nightmare w/ a company I ever had. I actually won it in a school contest that I was attending to learn about computers. So it was specially ordered for me w/ upgraded hardware, a large capacity hard drive, speical software, a three year antivirus software package and most important of all a damn good warrenty w/ accidental coverage.
