I was told that I would receive my new computer in Jan 09. After paying them for 4 months, I still haven't received anything! I have tried numerous times to reach a Blue Hippo representative without success including e-mail, phone calls that lasted up to 2 hours of being on hold and mail. I have lost over $800 on this!
