I arrived at 7:30 a.m. to Dubai International Airport, terminal 3 hoping to have a smooth journey to Housten, US. When I approached to a check-in counter to weigh my luggage they said my luggage was over-weight and directed me to another counter asking me to wait for some time. After a while, Mr. Lal Vargese (Not sure of the name though), the supervisor of all check-in counter employees came requesting me to give up my seat to another customer offering a free ticket for the next day and an over-night hotel stay.
