My credit card was billed for a renewal subscription to Trend Micro Antivirus without my consent or request. I have contacted the credit card co. and was connected with Trend Micro co. The will not credit my account and remove the erroneous billing without completing a letter of dispute! In the meantime my credit card acct goes into arrears. Help! read full review »
