Member at Massage Envy for over 1 year I completed my contract and have maintained my membership month-to-month for an additional 6 months. I have accumulated 5 massages but I am unable to use them because I failed to give them a 30 day notice of cancellation. So in order to use any of the services that I have already purchased I am required to pay an additional 49.00 for the last month.
