I bought a couple ticket to the nye night ($170)...it is the day before, snowing worse and worse so I called to ask if the snow continues if we could use the $170 another night or receive a refund...the girl replied with "well we will be open so if you don't make out I guess your out of $170. See you tomorrow" then she hung up. I don't even want to go there now. read full review »
