I ordered colo thin on 12-13-10 and called to cancel on 12-30-10. which was 14 days from when I received the trial product. I was notified by my bank that you had debited my account for $69.95 on 12-28-10. I called again and was informed that it was 14 days from the order date, How can you count from the order date when it takes time to receive the product and try it out, this is deceptive practices. I want a refund of the $69.95 you took from my account returned to my account. I will gladly return to you the unused product I have left. Please respond to [email protected] read full review »
