I have an account with Dell Financial Services. Every day of every month I receive a phone call. It's either an automated call or someone who identifies themselves by an American name from India. I tell them that I make a payment every month so why are they calling? They want me verify my SS# so they can talk to me about my account. I tell them that I won't give them that information because they already have it and my monthly payment so why are they calling? This continues until I hang up.
