Chase gave me a modification in January 2009, they did not up date my statements showing the new interest rates or new monthly payments. They said it was because they were changing computer programs. It has been two years since they sent me the modification agreement. Now they are saying its not valid because they never signed the agreement on their end even though I have been making monthly modification payments for two years. I would like to file a class action lawsuit against Chase Bank. They have now sent me papers to forclose on my home. read full review »
