I, too, was auto billed 69.99 14 days after ordering a trial bottle of their product which I payed $4.79 shipping for. I was able to get the phone # to call them through my bank. Yes I think this company is practicing poor business . The person I spoke with on the phone was rather nasty and I had a hard time understanding her because of her accent. She did however recognize my cancellation I submitted earlier today by going to the web site that was on my bank statement and getting the phone # which was different than the actual company!
