First big mistake, purchased one dining set, one sectional sofa, one bed, and one dresser and paid in full from one Ashley store at South Common on 10NOV07; waited for almost two weeks for delivery because the saleswoman totally forgot us; finally the delivery arrived on 10NOV20 but we found as many damages/ scratches as possible on the bed and table, all four corners of the table top were damaged, one piece of the strip broken and sticking out on the dresser, and one cut on the leather sofa.
