PJP Health Agency contacts individuals who have submitted their contact information online and have expressed an interest in obtaining health insurance. They defraud customers in one of two ways. For those customers who do not have a lot of money, they quote an unreasonably low figure for what the customer believes is health insurance, but is actually a near worthless medical discount plan.
