Racial discrimination is still in exsistence, especially within the South Carolina and Georgia region. There are laws that prohibit Franchise owners from "openly praticing" their views, but the ignorance remains as an epidemic. I am an African American female, I worked for Sport Clips and was told countless times, to create a "sensible balance" within my store, "do not hire anyone else black" and to "only hire someone black if you are replacing another black person."
