I recently got a Macys credit card. When I went online to pay the bill there was no way to pay it with my bank card. I called customer service and was told that there are 4 methods of payment: 1. mail a check. 2. pay by check over the phone ( $10 service fee) 3. pay by credit card over the phone ( $15 service fee) 4. Drive to the store and pay in person This Credit card will be closed on my next day off, after I go to the store to pay the bill. It is easier and cheaper to use my bank card. read full review »

ATT Wireless

When checked my cell phone bill there was an unauthorized download which cost $9.99 on all three of our phones for a total of $30. When I talked to the ATT store inn my area, the sales rep rolled her eyes and told me that they get alots of complaints about that. Then she told me to call ATT to have the charges removed. I should not have anything downloaded to my phone without my approval, ATT needs to prevent this from happening.
