When checked my cell phone bill there was an unauthorized download which cost $9.99 on all three of our phones for a total of $30. When I talked to the ATT store inn my area, the sales rep rolled her eyes and told me that they get alots of complaints about that. Then she told me to call ATT to have the charges removed. I should not have anything downloaded to my phone without my approval, ATT needs to prevent this from happening.
