Good tub, bad service. We had our tub for five years before the heating element went. I told then it was the problem. They showed up three weeks later (in April), charged me $65 and told me it was the heater, that I would have to send away for the part and they would come back to install it. This is a company that has so little cash flow that they can not afford to have basic parts in their vans.
