National Guard Suicide
"WE THE PEOPLE" February 2, 2011
Written By Joshua Patton, Historically, the suicide rate in the military, or at least the Army, was lower than the national average. About three years ago, this began to invert so that the Army rate of suicide was significantly higher than the national average, a phenomenon I covered for this site some months ago. The suicide rate for active-duty soldiers (both full-time troops and guard and reserve soldiers serving on active-duty) has seemingly leveled off, according to numbers printed in USA Today eight less soldiers have taken their... read full review »

Federal Reserve Bank
"WE THE PEOPLE" February 2, 2011
by Jim Kouri and there appears to be no one in Washington, D.C. interested in conducting an investigation into this corruption. While the mainstream news media are hard at work covering the Democrats striving to achieve their dream of taking control of Americans’ health care, the Federal Reserve Bank continues working with the Mexican government to make it easier for illegal aliens to export US money to their homeland. The Fed is currently devising several programs that will extend banking services to illegal aliens, and... read full review »

America media
"WE THE PEOPLE" February 2, 2011
The American media is conspicuously silent when it comes to holding the government accountable for the impact of special interest legislation on the well-being of the American public. Although newspapers and reporters may occasionally run an ephemeral article about a gift to big business, coverage of the real social impacts rarely, if ever, evolve into sustained scrutiny and analysis. The American media is obsessed with portraying the perfect body. Throughout its many channels, many women and men learn to identify with the perfect image... read full review »

As the President said last night, the most important contest we face as a nation is not between our political parties – it's a contest among our competitors across the globe for the jobs and industries of the future. It’s about winning the future. To win that contest, we must out-innovate, out-educate and out-build the rest of the world. We must take responsibility for our deficit and reform the way government works, so that it’s leaner, smarter and better equipped to meet the challenges of the 21st century. But... read full review »

High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara
"WE THE PEOPLE" January 29, 2011
The High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara University School of Law is hosting a fantastic conference on March 4, 2011 about § 230, the safe harbor that shields online content providers from liability for defamation posted by users. It’s one of the most important legal aspects of blogging, and the Santa Clara event, called 47 U.S.C. § 230: a 15 Year Retrospective, offers a spectacular lineup of speakers. Look at this: » Kenneth Zeran, plaintiff in Zeran v. America Online (4th Cir. 1997) » Alex Kozinski, Chief... read full review »

Armed Forces MCSS is NOT US Military MCSS but IS a privately owned SCAM.
"WE THE PEOPLE" January 27, 2011
Armed Forces MCSS is NOT US Military MCSS but IS a privately owned SCAM. These scammers opened up their deceptively named store in an old recruiting office. When the Army moved out these fakers dressed up like Army officers and moved in. They have been scamming then harassing US Soldiers and new recruits since then. No one at this place is authorized to do any type of military recruiting. The owner Carmine Annunziata is a Wanted Fugitive and has warrants in Orlando FL and Volusia County FL. Carmines girlfriend Maria L Garcia doesn't care... read full review »

"WE THE PEOPLE" January 27, 2011
I went a couple of weeks ago and deposited $800.00 on my Netspend card. At that point my balance was over $900.00. The next morning I stopped to get gas and my card was denied! I quickly got to the nearest pc to check my account. My balance was -3.66. My account had some P2P transactions.(Person to Person) I quickly called Netspend and explained. They told me to send a hand written letter and police report. Which I did. Here it is 2 weeks later and they won't tell me nothing. They admitted it was trasferred to another Netpend... read full review »
