I had a door to door salesperson come by my house last November and sell me on a two year pricing plan that was less than what I was paying for my Comcast. After 4 months my bill started a steady rise and one year later I am paying $25.00 more than I was with Comcast. Bait and switch tactic and so I called in Auugust and asked to be reimbursed for the billing error.
