I cancelled an airfare as I could not fly for the dates specified. I was told I would have to wait for up to 3 months to receive the refund. If we're expected to pay for airfares on the spot why is it that AirAsia can essentially hold on to my money for up to 3 months? In this day and age of electronic payments, I would expect my refund in a few days or a maximum of one week later. read full review »
