Sir, I am a senior citizen. I am a journalist by profession. I was going from Pitamberpur railway station to Tilhar (NR) on Dec. 17, 2010. When I asked the gentle man sitting at the ticket counter at Pitamberpur ( wearing no name plate) to give me the ticket to Tilhar, he rudely ruled out to give the ticket unless and until the line was clear and bell went. Secondly, he denied to give the ticket to the desired destination without explaining the reason and dictated to buy the ticket to Shajahanpur.
