In the month of April, 2010 I purchased a Classic Cordless Percolator, and on Christmas Day at breakfast it stopped working. Knowing it was the holiday season I tried to get the name of a place to have my warranty respected. I soon found out that it was not that simple. I was told my voice mail that it would be opened for "walk inns and phone service" on the 29th and 30th., however, they did not answer their 1 800 number, so I waited until today, January the 3, 2011.
