RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I placed an order, and the customer service rep called to tell me that they could not deliver to my address. I asked that it be sent to the local LV store instead. The rep rudely told me they could not do that, then canceled the order and hung up on me. When I called back 10 minutes later, the item was conveniently 'sold out.' They probably didn't have it all along. Had to order replacement item in another color - and they are now charging me extra to expedite the order! read full review »
