On Nov 19th 2010 @ 5:59PM CST I made an On-Line purchase from the above company order number #1186727, product code #5423, product name: Kids in Worship With CD (Audio) accompaniment CD costing $13.40 + $6.25 (Domestic Priority S&H) for a total of $19.65. I never received the product which was purchased via Visa card. I contacted CS department by email on website and received a reply stating that they would look into the matter and thanks for the email. I never heard a thing.
