I upgraded my membership in mid October 2010 and was assured that the new membership would begin, that the old membership would cancel and that my payments for the old membership would end in late November 2010. Sam, an experienced employee with the personal training contracts and my original trainer who wrote my personal training package, confirmed that my last payment was November.
