I thought I was working towards a mortgage modification, I waited 5 months to find out I never would have been approved due to my very low interest rate. While waiting for approval, I have been slammed with attorney fees, court filing fees, and inspection fees, totaling over $4, 200.00 which I am expected to pay back. I have been told my every rep at Saxon not to worry, as I'm now in a very high repayment plan, but the fees are a huge strain and complete robbery.
