I ordered a book from this company, and they began charging my American Express card a $9.95 fee each month starting in February, 2010. They claim I authorized the charge and was given so many days to opt out. If I did, in fact, authorize, I definietly would have opted out before the time was up. I don't really believe I authorized it at all. I think they just started charging it to my account, figuring it would be a while before I caught it. read full review »
