On the 10/11/10 I placed an order for a small item with PRICEMINISTER. To this day (04/01/11) I still haven't received the item although the purchase amount has been already taken from my credit card. During this time I filled two claims with PRICEMINISTER explaining the situation. Both of them were refused on the grounds of "the item left hong kong for its destination".
