We purchased a new TV from Reliance Hyper Mart in GGN. The TV arrived in a well worn box. I reported this to LG and they sent over an engineer. The engineer pushed to install the TV and sure enough the picture was bad. There were up-t0-down bands. He checked with multiple inputs, cables and reported that there is a problem. Then on reporting the same to the customer care number I was given notice that reminders have been sent and that there will be more engineers visiting my home.
