I ordered boots in October of 2010 and was told they were on back order and would be shipped on 12/14/2010. I waited a couple of days and did not hear from them, so I again called them. I was told then they would ship on 12/20/2010. Again after not hearing from them I called once more and was told they would be shipped 8 to 12 weeks. These people are liars. Very bad customer service. Don't walk RUN from this company. Spend your money at some other company like Whites Boots in Spokane WA. read full review »
