Diamond resorts have been resorting to bullying and harrassment in an attempt to get people to pay their ever increasing management fees. A campaign of phone calls, emails, and letters have in some cases caused a great deal of suffering to people who have lost their husband or wife, have retired or have suffered ill health and can no longer afford the management fees that have increased every year.
