On May 10, 2010 my father was diagnosed with lung cancer, he passed on September 10, 2010. I have had the worst time trying to get his claims paid, they denied all of his claims for Black Lung Benefits. He had never had any Black Lung Benefits, however, I had to prove that he never had any Black Lung Coverage.
